Tomorrow!

We are just putting the final touches on the place for our first open farm gate day tomorrow.

We made these row markers so you can see what is growing where.

The fairies have made a ring under the blackwood tree.

We've put up flags to help you find your way.

We'll be open Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am til 5pm.

We've got the freshest, certified organic, eggs, garlic and veg.

Hope to see you soon.

Hey Tim, I have to get my tech guy (Bren) to put a map on the blog but in the meantime send me an email and I'll email you back a map. Tomorrow we'll have eggs, garlic, radishes and rocket. But each week we'll have more and more. I'll put it on the sidebar under 'Produce Available Now' so keep checking. Hope to see you soon.

What fun! It looks so beautiful. Wish we could be there with you but we'll be there in spirit. Love from Mole Creek. xx

At Coles today the choice was either regular garlic imported from China, or Spanish garlic imported from Spain!

rocket & radish salad

1 small bunch radishes, very finely sliced
1 small bunch continental parsley, leaves picked
2 large handfuls baby rocket
2t dijon mustard
2T lemon juice
2T extra virgin olive oil

For dressing combine mustard and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk in olive oil. Season with s&p and toss in radishes, parsley & rocket. Serve immediately.

I LOVE the signs! I wish I was closer. I will be so excited when I finally make it down your way. Maybe after the Melbourne Stitches and Craft Show in May?
