Part of the Festival is an eight - course degustation dinner, The Great Australian Degustation.
Alex Kearns from the Glebe Point Diner in Sydney will use our five-coloured carrots for his course.
Alex has our carrots on his menu at the Diner already.
Sophia Young, Vogue Entertaining + Travel's food editor will feature our multi varietal beetroots in her soup course.
We are very excited to be included in this festival which is really a celebration of all things food. It is amazing how many opportunities are opening up to us since we have been Vogue finalists.
