What's wrong with socks that have holes in them? Many of my socks do. And they're my favourite ones. Because they've served me well. Which is why they received their holes. And because of that, I can't bear to part with them. So I continue to wear them. And their holes get bigger. And bigger. PS Happy birthday, Liam. xx
